Alan is great at understanding how to avoid mold growth and at finding mold sources. He's educated in air quality beyond water damage and mold. Our family has been helped medically by the fogging they do. I was pleased with the improvements they did on my duct work. Alan goes the extra mile, staying in contact through texting to help problem solve and he goes the extra mile.

My husband and I have been having some health issues of coughing, headaches and slight dizziness for a while.  We were told that maybe we had mold.  I called Mold Busters and they came out the next day.  They were very professional and after a short walk through of our home, it was quickly determined that even without doing the air samples - that we had a serious mold problem in our two A/C units. They are both old and have had leaks.  The Mold Buster team took photos and did some testing which will be sent off to a lab.  But, the pictures I saw of all of the mold and spores inside the units were disgusting.  Our next step is deciding whether to replace the units or have Mold Busters try to fix the issues.  The Mold Buster team was informative, knowledgeable, and did not try to overcharge for unnecessary testing.  I look forward to hearing back from them on the test results and figuring out some options to get rid of the mold.

Let me tell you my story and why these guys deserve 6 stars and not just 5. My wife and I bought our very first house and shortly after living in it for a while we found it unlivable. There was mold growing in the cracks and crevices. These guys came out next day for us and killed a lot of the dangerous stuff. After that I was able to demolish and rebuild. These guys get people and with all the new remodeling I was undertaking I had to make payment plans. Every time I called them they were so painless. The last payment I wasn't able to make for 2 years. I felt bad but things just kept popping up as we both fell into rough health. Today I called and apologized for the late payment and thanked them again cause today we are living in a mold free house. Eli told me that he was happy they could help and I told him to come check out the new shower I made where the old mold infested one once stood if he's ever in the area. THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE, they will take care of you.

Eli was promt coming out within 24 hours of my first call. He gave me a thorough report with information about most likely problem to less likely causes with explanation of each. He gave me the fix for each and estimate for each. I will do the air conditioner repair first as he advised then get back with him to do the rest of work. He was outstanding with very reasonable pricing.  👏
